Based in Swindon , Wiltshire - Clearpoint was launched in September 2007 by director Caroline Brake.

Before setting up Clearpoint, Caroline enjoyed a varied career in a range of operational management roles predominantly within a contact centre environment. Her experience ranges from Customer Service Manager for a national appliance retailer to managing a European 24 hour truck breakdown centre. Most recently she enjoyed much success as the Operational Training Manager for renowned telemarketing company - HSM (part of the Digital Marketing Group) - w orking in close partnership with blue chip clients such as Vodafone, AA Business Services, Miele. Arval, JCB, Vauxhall and the Bank of Scotland

Caroline has a passion to deliver a fresh, innovative and above all, a realistic perspective to training. She has an honest, humourous and uncomplicated approach which acheives powerful and sustainable results.
